meet, nicole.
My name is Nicole Ivanov and I’m originally from Detroit, MI. After 4 years of building my business in Michigan, I moved to Los Angeles in 2016 to pursue my dream of shooting weddings on the California coast. Little did I know, I would meet my husband out here. We met in 2019 at our church conference, and got married in 2020 (yes you heard it, a covid wedding). It was everything I could’ve dreamt, and more.
As cheesy as it sounds, I love, love. I love capturing the little moments when you don’t even know I am around. The moments that when you look back on your photos, it takes you right back to the exact emotions felt in that moment. I want your photos to bring joy & love into your heart every time you see them. I believe every detail of a wedding day is important, and my goal is to capture them in a way that tells a story for the rest of your lives.
What I have realized in my 10 years of photographing weddings, is that every love story is different & unique. But what every wedding has in common is they are each about celebrating the love two people share & the beginning of a beautiful life long journey together. I truly can’t believe that I get to be the one to capture those memories for generations to come.

Fun facts about Nicole…
She has a twin sister.
She is obsessed with babies. Nicole was a live-in nanny for 4 years while she started & grew her photography business. Luckily, she has 3 adorable nieces and 1 nephew to spoil & make her laugh now! She can’t wait for the day her and her husband, Niko, have a baby of their own!
She has her own podcast :)
Nicole loves wearing sweat suits to every occasion she can (don’t worry, she won’t wear one to your wedding).
